• I picked this quote because it  show what the author thinks, he believe that the walking dead are not people we use to love. I agree with him , this quote is good way to say kill them, beacuse they are not the people you know, they will not  refuse to kill you.

Purpose

• The purpose of the quote is to telll the weak people that they will not survive if they reject to kill the infected one , even if they know the infected person.

Technique

• The author is trying to show the reader that in such hard time emotions must not get in the way!

• This quote makes 100% sense, becuase after reading this quote i started imagining some commercial, and all of them try to put fear in the audiance, in order to make people to buy there products. Some good example are car insurance, car oil  insurance, car tire , and beauty products, etc.

Purpose

• This quotes purpose is to show how TV commercail uses fear in order to make people to buys there products

•  The author  used his openion which is 100% correct, to show people how does the TV commercail try to get our attention by using emotion FEAR

World War Z part 3

"All kiinds of crap lined the road-suitcases, boxes, even pieces of exprensive furniture. I saw a grand piano , i'm not kidding, just smashed like it was throw off the top of a truck. There were also a lot of abandoned cars.Some had been pushed over, were also a lot of abandoned cars. Some had been pushed over, some were stripped, some looked burned out. I saw a lot of people on foot,walking across the pains or alongside the road" . (page 86)

Personal response

• I picked this quote because this is the senerio that I always imagend how zombi apocalypse  or any other type of apocalypse would be. Nothing would like cars ,piano, etc have  value. Only thing people would be worried about is food , and safe place from zombies.

Purpose

• The purpose of the quote is to make the readers see in the head how the world would look like in a apocalype.  This quotes shows the effect of zombi apocalypes  , it shows how  humanity will have to start an entire civilization from scratch if they are able to destory all the zombis or find  some kind of medicine.

World War Z part 2

• " I had  it by the neck. It pulled Jenna toward its open mouth. I squeezed hard...puled...The kids say I tore the things head off, just ripped it right out with all the flesh and muscle and whatever else hanging in tatters. " (Pag 84).
• "He threw me  the car keys and told me to get the kids in the Suburban. He ran into the backyard as we headed for garage.I heard his gun go off as I started the engine." (page 84)

Personal response

• This quote shows many thing, it shows how the kids have to see such a distubring image , that they will never forget. Another thing i noticed it shows how the mother would do anything to protect her kids. She was cable of ripping the zombie's head out. She new that was the only way to save her kids, but she new that the kids would never forget about that scene. She had to do two really tough decisions.

Purpose

• This qoute shows how people have to take really hard decisions in order to make sure there family survives.  Even if some one has to die.

Technique

• The author of book want to show that the family will have to do crazy thing in order to make sure that they  survive.

Personal response

• In the first quote it shows how people think that the members of CIA are the hero of the world , and that they have eyes and ears everywhere. And it aloso show how rumors not are always right.
• In the second quoto shows that people always need some one to blame for all theses tragedy. All these man and woman that are deciated to protect our country is blamed for something that is not even their fault.

Purpose

• The purpose of the quote is to show who people blamed for not knowing that the dead began coming back to live.

Technique

• The author of the book shows the point of view of one  members of the CIA. He also shows how the members of the CIA reacts with all the blame falling on them. And also show how they are proud of their work.

What do our depictions of the future reveal about the present?

• The human race will not be ready for such a vires, and people will get despret and will need some one blame for what is happening.

I am Legend

     This trailer is from the movie "I am Legend" directed by Francis Lawrence, is prime exmaple of the type of genetic  disease that we, as global society, seems to be heading towards. Will Smith's character is survivor in from genetic disease that stiked  New York and the rest of the world. This genetic disease was caused from the "cure" for cancer, all humans with this disease are turned in to monster that is zombi like. So Will Smith's character dicides to stay in New York and try to find the cure of the genetic disease. But while he tries to find cure, he face many problams, such as finding food ,make sure his in safe place ,try to live with out social life , accept some failer while looking for the cure , and thr worst of all thinking about his family that died.And the only thing that helps that helps him feel happy is the dog that his daughter told him to take care of. Later on he is able to find the cure of the disease ,and save family that lucky met in city, but in order to save the family and the cure of the disease he ends up killing him self.
     Can cure of one desease cause other deasease far worst than the desease cured?Can gentic disease able to wipe out the whole world? Will someone be able to find cure? What would be the harderst thing that a survivor can face in apocalypse? If suck apocoalypse happpend , who will protect us ?If such a gentic disease strike our society, how many people would be able to survive? What would you have done if you were in such situation?Would you be strong enough?Would you be prepared for apocolypse?Would you try to find the cure of this desease? Or would you run away and look for place to be safe?Is it even possible that a desease can cause its victim to turn in to cannibal? Is it even possible to desease to control person?
